Toorak Apartment Project – A Shift in Perspective

In this unique Toorak apartment project, we reimagined the space and transformed the client’s perception of their home.
The original layout suffered from limited natural light, further darkened by outdated, heavy carpets that made the interiors feel closed-in and dim.
Our team proposed replacing the carpets with light-toned timber flooring to introduce warmth, openness, and brightness throughout the apartment. The client placed their trust in our vision and selected Pure Natural from our Parquetry Herringbone collection—a soft, warm, and versatile tone that pairs effortlessly with a wide range of interior palettes.
By incorporating blue and grey furnishings, the space was elevated into a modern and functional living environment—proof that thoughtful material choice can redefine not just a floor, but the entire atmosphere of a home.

Prahran Project – Elevating Light and Modernity

In our Prahran project, the vision was clear: to unlock the full potential of a home limited by its lack of natural light. The living and dining areas felt enclosed, and the client sought a brighter, more contemporary atmosphere.

To transform the space, we introduced Armalux’s wide and long engineered boards in a refined whitewash finish. The subtle blend of soft white and pale grey tones offers a clean, airy aesthetic, bringing lightness and visual expansion to the interiors. The use of prime-grade timber enhances the minimalist design language, delivering a smooth, uniform surface that pairs effortlessly with natural stone and sleek cabinetry.

The result is a thoughtfully curated home that feels spacious, modern, and architecturally cohesive—proof that the right material can illuminate and redefine the heart of a living space.

Williamstown Residence

At the Williamstown Residence, we installed European Oak herringbone parquetry in 18mm thickness to achieve a flush transition with existing tiled areas. The natural warmth and tone of the oak brought lightness and sophistication to the interiors.

A clear finish was applied to protect and preserve the timber’s authentic character. Our team managed the full scope—from supply and installation to final polishing—with meticulous attention to detail.

To complement the timber, we also installed 100% New Zealand wool loop carpet in the bedrooms, adding comfort and acoustic softness.

The result is a timeless blend of modern elegance and classic texture, unified by a calming palette of grey, white, and cream.
